At 22:44 on July 3, Unit 5 of the Dabieshan Power Plant Phase III 2 × 1000 MW Clean Coal-Fired Power Expansion Project, in which China Power holds an equity interest, successfully achieved its first grid connection on the initial attempt. All systems of the unit operated steadily, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent 168-hour full-load trial operation and commencement of commercial operation.
