SPIC Anhui Company's Two Wind Farms Named to 2025 Trouble-Free Operation List

Jiemei and Haixin Jinhu Wind Farms operated by SPIC Anhui Company have been named to the 2025 Trouble-Free Wind Farm List released by the China Electric Power Technology Market Association, in recognition of their stable equipment performance and operational excellence.

SPIC Anhui Company has continuously improved its closed-loop management system centered on "evaluation, diagnosis, and improvement," implementing targeted strategies at each facility to address site-specific operational requirements. Through systematic calibration, testing, and optimization of the wind measurement devices, the company has significantly enhanced the accuracy and reliability of wind speed data, providing a solid foundation for precise verification of wind turbine power curves. Focusing on key technical areas including blade zero calibration, yaw error analysis, blade erosion repair, and control strategy optimization, the company has effectively enhanced wind turbine power curves to maximize generation efficiency across its fleet. The company has also established standardized hazard identification and rectification protocols. Through routine inspections, regular infrared thermography, oscillating wave test of cables, and other monitoring methods, potential equipment risks are identified at an early stage. A closed-loop management mechanism of "identification, rectification, and closure" has been implemented, fundamentally improving equipment health and operational reliability.
