On February 24, 2026, the Electric Power Technology Training School of Pingwei Power received an appreciation letter from the Electric Power Industry Vocational Skill Appraisal and Guidance Center, in recognition of its outstanding performance in the electric power skill evaluation in 2025. The school ranked among the top institutions in the annual assessment.

In 2025, the school organized 12 sessions of vocational skill evaluations for special occupations under the China Electricity Council (CEC), attracting 607 participants. Through rigorous theoretical examinations, practical assessments, and document review, 87 junior, 199 intermediate, and 252 senior workers obtained qualification certificates. Additionally, the school undertook three sessions of vocational skill evaluations organized by the Huainan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, with all 68 participants successfully completing the theoretical, practical, and comprehensive assessments and obtaining qualifications. Throughout the year, the school adhered to the principle of "pursuing progress while maintaining stability and quality." Every stage of the evaluation process—from planning and process control to examination administration and certificate issuance—was executed with standardized procedures and high efficiency, ensuring the credibility and authority of evaluation results. The school also arranged for internal staff to participate in CEC assessor training programs, strengthened communication with peer organizations, and encouraged qualified frontline technical professionals to obtain assessor qualifications. In 2025, 10 new assessors were added, bringing the total number of registered assessors to 97. This expanded capacity fully meets the theoretical and practical assessment needs for various occupations and skill levels, supporting the high-quality development of the electric power industry.
