Huai'an 18 MW Fishery-Solar Hybrid Project of China Power Integrated Smart Energy Achieves Full-Capacity Grid Connection

At 14:00 on February 8, 2026, with the final inverter energized for power generation, the 18 MW fishery-solar hybrid project of China Power Integrated Smart Energy in Chahe Town, Hongze District, Huai'an achieved full-capacity grid connection.

Since the official commencement of construction in November 2025, China Power Integrated Smart Energy has rigorously upheld quality and safety standards. Despite a tight schedule and heavy workloads in civil, electrical, and installation tasks, the project team clarified roles, implemented reverse scheduling, proactively coordinated with local governments and road authorities, and properly managed relations with surrounding villages, ensuring the safe and efficient progress of the project.

Once connected to the grid and put into operation, the project is expected to generate an average of 24.48 million kWh of electricity annually, with annual average utilization hours of about 1,186, equivalent to saving about 7,380 tonnes of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 20,269 tonnes, sulfur dioxide emissions by about 2.5 tonnes, and nitrogen oxide emissions by about 3.7 tonnes each year.
