ZHAO Yonggang, born in 1972, is a senior engineer and has a master’s degree in engineering project management from Changsha University of Science & Technology. Mr. ZHAO currently serves director and general manager of National Bio Energy Group Co., Ltd. Mr. ZHAO previously served as deputy general manager of Materials and Fuel Department and general manager of International Business Department of the Company and CPI Holding, general manager of China Power Hub Generation Company (Private) Limited, and deputy director of Guangzhou Representative Office of CPI Holding. He participated in the management of the Group’s power plants prior to the Company’s listing in 2004. He served as Vice President of the Company from December 2020 to October 2024 and re-joined the Group in August 2025.
