Ms. Yang Qian, born in 1977, is a senior political engineer and a senior human resource manager, with a master's degree in engineering from Beihang University. Ms. Yang is currently a vice president of China Power International Development Limited, and has served as assistant president of China Power International Development Limited, director of the Integrated Management Department of State Power Investment Corporation, etc. She joined the Group in 2021.
