Ms. HUANG Qinghua, born in 1972, is a chief senior economist and holds a lawyer qualification in China. She has a bachelor degree in law from Southwest College of Political Science and Law (now known as Southwest University of Political Science and Law) and a master degree in law from Tsinghua University. Ms. HUANG is currently a special duty director of SPIC. She previously served as the deputy general manager, the secretary of the board and the chief legal adviser of CPI Yuanda Environmental-Protection (Group) Co., Ltd., and the deputy general manager of SPIC Yuanda Environmental-Protection Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. She joined the Group in 2023.
